Our Community

As someone with a BRCA2 gene mutation and a breast and pancreatic cancer survivor, I know the physical and emotional challenges women face during life’s toughest chapters. My journey inspired me to create a space for honesty, connection, and support — because no one should go through this alone.

Alongside my work at Harmony 4 Her, where I’ve spent 20 years helping women heal through nurturing treatments, I’ve completed specialist training in oncology massage and facials, so I can safely care for those going through cancer.

I also founded the Unfiltered & Female Facebook community — a place where women living through, or recovering from, cancer or menopause can share, connect, and feel understood.
